The S5 also gives me the power and performances with amazing gas mileage you just don’t see in sport touring convertibles. ”
We have always been very happy with the service, both before and after the sales of our BMW's and Audi's at Sun Motor Cars. Sometimes crazy things happen that really separate a dealership, and their people, from the rest. While we've always known that Sun Motor Cars had the "cream of the crop" in sales people, we were shocked and amazed by how far above and beyond your staff will go. My wife and I had gone on a vacation and left my 2009 Audi A8 at a park and fly hotel in Philadelphia. We parked under a light, in front of the main entrance. How much safer can you get?....So we thought! Upon our arrival back from vacation we found our car sitting on rocks...All 4 tires and wheels were stolen! The car could not be towed since it had no tires so we didn't know how we'd get the car home from Philly and repaired. Out of nowhere, a sales associate, Jon Yetter, (who I had met on several occasions, but didn't sell me the car) took the initiative to find out what to do. He openly volunteered to drive to Philly with a service technician, Hiro Nagatomo, to put a set of used tires on the car and drive it back. This was all done after their regular work hours, getting off at 8:30 pm and driving over two hours to Philly. They didn't get home from doing this until after 4 am. We would have NEVER expected anyone to do such a kind, generous, helpful thing on their own time. We are SO appreciative of both Jon and Hiro, as they really saved the day! This shows the true meaning of customer service and a testimonial to providing superior service after the sale. My wife and I are the owners of 2 Gold's Gyms in the area and know the value of exceptional employees like these two gentlemen.
